This site belongs to LocalPro Carpet Cleaning, a family-owned company with its own crews in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, metro Atlanta and Charlotte. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Below is every place on the site where you can type something, what each one sends, who reads it, and how to have it deleted.
The booking form
The booker on the schedule page, and on every market page, starts with your ZIP code alone. That one field goes to our office system at office.localprocleaner.com, which works out which crew covers you and sends back the open days and times for that crew. Nothing else travels with it.
When you finish the form it sends your name, phone number and street address, which it cannot be sent without, plus the apartment or unit, city, email address and note if you filled those in, the services you ticked, the room count, the day and arrival time you chose, and the address of the page you booked from. If you built an estimate on the pricing page first, those lines go too, so nobody has to ask you twice. The office uses all of it to confirm your visit by text, and by email if you gave one, and to brief your technician.
The confirmation page you land on afterward carries a one-time code in its address. It sends that code, and only that code, back to the office system to read your appointment out to you. No payment is taken on this site: your technician writes the price at your door and you pay when the work is finished.
The ZIP code checker
It sends nothing. The list of ZIP codes we cover is built into the page, so the check happens inside your own browser and the five digits never leave your device. If your ZIP is not on the list, the page offers you a text message to the office that already contains the ZIP, and that message goes nowhere until you choose to send it.
The estimate form
Where a page offers to email or text you the estimate you built, that form sends your name, the email address or phone number you chose, your ZIP code, any note, and the estimate lines to the office system. The office sends the numbers back to you once and keeps them with your request. It does not put you on a mailing list.
Calling, texting and email
Our company line is 205-438-9096, answered Monday to Saturday, 7 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon Central time (8 to 6 Eastern), and each market has its own line on its market page. You can also text the same number, or email support@localprocleaner.com. Whichever you use, we keep what it takes to do the work: your name, your number, the address, what you want cleaned, and the notes on the job itself.
Texting consent
Giving us your number, on a form here or by texting us first, tells us we may text you about that request: scheduling, the price, confirmations, a technician on the way, and questions about the job. It is a conversation about your own appointment. Texting us does not sign you up for marketing. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and a reply of STOP to any text from us ends the texting.
Who reads what you send
The office team who schedule the work, the technician assigned to your address, and the card processor if you pay by card at the end of the job. Everyone else who sees your details is our own employee. Nothing you give us is sold, rented, swapped or handed to an advertiser.
What this site does not do
No analytics script counts your visit, no advertising pixel watches it, and nothing is stored in your browser to recognize you next time. The fonts, styles, scripts and pictures load from this site itself. The only outside address a page talks to is our own office system, and only when you use the booker, open your confirmation page, or send a form.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email support@localprocleaner.com or call 205-438-9096 and ask. We read back what is on file under your name, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. The record of a job we have already done stays in our books, along with whatever the guarantee might need later.
Changes to this page
If we add a form, add a script, or start sending anything somewhere new, this page is rewritten and dated before the change goes live. Questions go to support@localprocleaner.com or the office line above.
