Terms of service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms fit on one page because the deal is simple. A trained LocalPro employee walks your rooms with you, writes the total down, and starts only after you say yes. You pay when the work is finished. Love the clean or it's free. They apply the same way in every market we serve: Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, metro Atlanta and Charlotte.

The walk-through comes first

Before any equipment comes inside, your technician walks every room alongside you, counts the rooms, hallways and flights of stairs, measures any rug, reads the care tag on any upholstery so the method matches the fabric, and writes one total. That total is the figure on your invoice. Anything you decide to add while the technician is there is priced and approved the same way before it is touched.

Starting prices are published on the pricing page, and they are the same in all seven markets. What the sheet cannot know is your home, which is why the walk-through sets the final number.

Love the clean or it's free

Point out the area that bothers you and a technician returns and cleans it again at no charge. If the second visit still leaves it short of right, you owe nothing. There is no form to fill out and no deadline hidden in small print. A spot that wicks back up after we leave gets another visit, free.

The pet odor guarantee

Pet treatment carries a 100% pet odor removal guarantee on the areas we treated. The protein and enzyme treatment takes the odor out at its source. Smell it again in a treated spot and we re-treat it free. An accident that happens after the visit is a new job at the usual rate.

What a cleaning cannot undo

Some marks are damage, not soil. Bleach spots, places where a household product took the color out, and burns are permanent: the fiber itself has changed, and no cleaning puts the color back. Worn traffic lanes come clean but stay a shade duller than the rest of the room, because the fiber tips are broken. Your technician names anything of this kind during the walk-through, so you hear it before the work starts and never after.

Getting in

Someone needs to be at the home when the technician arrives, to walk the rooms and approve the total. If that cannot be you, approve the written total by phone or text first and tell the office how the technician gets in. A gate code, a tight street or a door around the back goes in the booking note so the visit is planned around it; none of it changes the price.

Moving or canceling an appointment

Plans change. Call 205-438-9096 or text the same number to move or cancel a booking, and the office finds you another time. The earlier we hear, the easier it is to give your slot to another home on the same route.

Paying at the end

The invoice is due when the work is finished, and it matches the total you approved plus anything you added and approved during the visit. Nothing is charged online when you book, nothing renews on its own, and nothing reaches your card that you have not seen in writing first.

Who comes to the house

Our technicians are trained, insured employees of LocalPro Carpet Cleaning, on our payroll, never subcontractors. Each crew is local to its own market.

If a line on this page needs explaining, call 205-438-9096, text the same number, or email support@localprocleaner.com. The office answers Monday to Saturday, 7 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon Central time (8 to 6 Eastern). Prices are on the pricing page, what we do with your details is on the privacy page, and the home page covers the rest.
