The Birmingham market
Full routes, close to home, in the market we know best.
There is no morning report to a warehouse for a Birmingham technician: your first appointment is your first stop, and the office has already confirmed it with the customer.
The routes cover the whole metro, from Gardendale and Fultondale in the north down through the city, Homewood and Vestavia Hills to Hoover, Pelham, Alabaster, Chelsea and Helena, and east to Trussville, Leeds and Moody. The same crews look after Tuscaloosa and Northport, so a technician living on the west side often keeps those jobs. The office builds each day around where you live as far as the schedule allows.
Birmingham customers find us through the birminghamcarpetcleaner.com site and our Birmingham market page. The reviews you will read there are the standard you are trained to: the technician explains, the customer sees the dirt come out on the pads, and the carpet is dry about an hour after you leave.

A day on the job
Two to four homes a day, booked for you.
The office books every appointment, so your day starts with a route. At each home you walk the rooms with the customer, explain what will come out and what will only lighten, and agree the price before any work starts.
The cleaning is our low-moisture process: a measured amount of solution, cleaning pads that lift the soil up and out, and a carpet that is dry in about an hour. Rugs and upholstery get cleaned on the same visit. We teach you every step.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No nights, and Sundays are always off.
What you'll make
Weekly pay, paid training, and room to grow.
Our technicians average $700 to $1,200 a week, paid every week. Before your phone call we go through exactly how the pay works, with real numbers, so there are no surprises.
The technicians who do best here are the ones customers ask for by name: they show up when they said they would, explain things plainly, and leave the home better than they found it.
What you need

Good with people
Friendly, dependable, and clear and honest with customers in their own home.
No experience needed
