A day on the job
Two to four homes a day, booked for you.
The office books every appointment, so your day starts with a route. At each home you walk the rooms with the customer, explain what will come out and what will only lighten, and agree the price before any work starts.
The cleaning is our low-moisture process: a measured amount of solution, cleaning pads that lift the soil up and out, and a carpet that is dry in about an hour. Rugs and upholstery get cleaned on the same visit. We teach you every step.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No nights, and Sundays are always off.
What you'll make
Weekly pay, paid training, and room to grow.
Our technicians average $700 to $1,200 a week, paid every week. Before your phone call we go through exactly how the pay works, with real numbers, so there are no surprises.
The technicians who do best here are the ones customers ask for by name: they show up when they said they would, explain things plainly, and leave the home better than they found it.
What you need
Six things, and experience is not one of them.
A valid driver's license
You drive to every appointment, so a current license is a must.
A dependable vehicle
Insured and reliable. Work driving is reimbursed by the mile.
Able to lift 65 lbs
You are on your feet most of the day, and some homes have stairs.
Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5
About forty hours a week. Sundays are always off, and there are no nights.
Good with people
Friendly, dependable, and clear and honest with customers in their own home.
No experience needed
We train you, then you ride along with a lead technician in your area before you run routes of your own.

Questions people ask
Before you apply
Do I need carpet cleaning experience to apply?
No. We train you on our process and the equipment, then you ride along with a lead technician in your area before you run a route of your own. People who have served customers face to face tend to do well from the first week.
How does the pay work?
Weekly pay. Our technicians average $700 to $1,200 a week, and before your phone call we go through exactly how pay is calculated, with real numbers, so there are no surprises.
When do I get paid?
Every week, in one pay, so you always know where you stand.
What vehicle do I need?
A dependable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. Work driving is reimbursed by the mile.
Do technicians work Saturdays?
Yes. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5, about 40 hours a week. Sundays are always off, and there are no nights.
Is there a uniform?
Yes. We provide the uniform shirts, and you wear them with your own jeans or work pants and closed-toe shoes.
What does the training look like?
Paid training on our process and the app, a ride-along with a lead technician on real jobs, and then shorter routes close to home while you get faster.
How fast can I start?
Most people start within a week of their shadow day. The phone call takes 10 minutes, the shadow day is one day, and the paperwork is about 20 minutes online.
Can I book the phone call straight from this page?
No. Apply on Indeed first. We read every application, and the ones that look like a fit get a message with a short video on the job and the link to pick a call time. That keeps the calls for people who are a real match for the job.
Ready?
Apply on Indeed, in your market.
Send your application on Indeed. We read every one, and if it looks like a fit you get a message with a short video on the job and a link to pick a 10-minute phone call. A good call ends with your shadow day on the calendar.
