The walk-through
Your technician goes room by room with you before unloading anything, and says plainly which marks will lift and which will merely lighten.
The written price
The total goes on paper and you approve it first. The quote is the invoice; nothing is added without another yes.
Furniture
Lighter pieces get shifted and the carpet beneath them cleaned. The heavy items, beds, dressers, entertainment centers, are cleaned around.

Low moisture means you can walk on it right away and it is dry in about an hour, with nothing sticky left behind.

The same low-moisture process in all seven markets.
A measured dose of solution gets under the soil at the very bottom of the pile. Then the pads do the work: each one soaks up the loosened dirt and comes off the floor carrying it, and your technician keeps changing them until they come off clean. Because no soap is left in the carpet, there is nothing for new dirt to cling to, and the result has roughly triple the staying power of a soapy wet clean.
Rugs get the same care on your own floor. Upholstery is cleaned according to the tag: the W, S, WS or X code tells the technician the right method before starting. Pet odor gets the protein and enzyme treatment, which goes after the cause of the smell and carries its own 100% guarantee.

Yes, and most customers do. Carpet plus a rug, a sofa and the pet treatment in one room can all go on one written quote and one visit. Rugs are cleaned on your own floor while the technician is there, so nothing has to leave the house.
